| 1 | Attending complaints of no supply in light or power circuit due to burning/ disconnecting of any wire i.e. neutral phase or tripping of MCB or un-serviceability of any item such as switch socket MCB etc, rectification of fault including any petty repair required to restore the electric supply for checking of existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of fuse, small pieces of wires etc, carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, nuts, bolts screws or switches, sockets, switch board, ceiling fans/ exhaust fans etc., required to make the item functional during 0900 Hrs to 1800 Hrs by deploying electrician alongwith helper including necessary tools complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Replacement of electrical fittings/ fixtures shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ. (b) Repairs/ faults in any one quarter upto 8 points/ one occupancy shall be considered as one complaint (one measuring unit) even if repair is involved in more than one light point or fitting. However, all fitting/ fixtures replaced shall be measured & paid. (c) Number of complaints may vary day to day. Contractor shall quote his rates accordingly. (d) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending complaints a penalty shall be imposed and recovered as specified in Particular Specifications. (e) Contractor shall ensure that the deployed electrician & helper will carry functional and live mobile phone while on duty and will be on contact with JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Contractor shall be responsible for collection of all ON LINE complaints and handing over the same to JE E/M after rectification duly signed by user with details of stores fixed and to put the status ON LINE after attending/ complete of the job. |

Hence, contractor shall qoute his rate accordingly. (iii) Old retrieved material shall be deposited to JE E/M in AGE E/M yard/ E/M wksp on same day and will be given to contractor only at the time of RAR after necessary recovery under Sch of Credit. |
