7	Preventive maintenance of pumps as per 1000 running hours schedule or 3 months preventive maintenance checks , including decoupling & coupling , guard opening , alignment , strainer cleaning , flange opening & boxing up , all accessories , lube oil / grease checking & filling completely and record keeping.
8	Dismantling & box-up of equipments per kg-weight : Dismantling from foundation or partially dismantling from main equipment including decoupling & coupling , alignment , removal of all pipes , fittings , auxilliary systems , blinding of all connected piping flanges ; cleaning and preserving the items with tags/labels for traceability at the time of assembling; transportation of equipments/parts to & from workshop to site and box-up including deblinding with appropriate resources and finally as per the satisfaction of EIC.
9	Dismantling , maintenance & box-up per kg-weight : Dismantling from foundation or part dismantling from equipments , repairing/Overhauling of equipmentinternals, cleaning all faces , box-up with appropriate resources and as per the instruction of EIC with recording of all measurments and dates
10	Lube oil changing of all equipments ; Draining out existing oil , completion of the job as per instructions of EIC.
11	Decoupling & coupling of spacer type flexible couplings for all pumps , gear boxes , clutches, motors etc. including removal and box up of coupling guards, arrangement of all tools and tackles as per requirement, cleaning of parts, transportation of all spares from workshop/stores etc. & completion of work as per the satisfaction of EIC.
12	Alignment of all pumps with metaflex and other coupling using suitable methods, includes all arrangement of tools and tackles as may be required, cleaning of parts as required; shifting of all spares from workshop / stores and record maintainining.
13	Gland tightening of all pumps per stuffing box for shaft/plunger dia of all sizes including full arrangement of tools and tackles as may be required. Cleaning of parts, flushing of auxillary lines as required, shifting of all spares from workshop/stores & completion of the jobs as per satisfaction of EIC.
14	Gland repacking of all pumps per stuffing box for shuft/plunger dia of all size including all arrangement of tools and tackles as per requirement, cleaning of parts / flushing of auxillary lines as required , shifting of all spares from workshop/ stores completion of the job as per satisfaction of EIC.
15	Motors dismantling & erection of all pumps with all arrangements of tools and tackles as may be required; cleaning of parts/ flushing of auxillary lines as required; shifting of all spares from workshop/ stores; to & fro transportation from workshop/store , job to be done as per the instructions of NRL representive , all relevent measurements and data are to be recorded.
16	Gland repacking of all types of gate; globe; ball; plug or any other similar valves of all sizes and of all ratings, at all elevations and at all locations, with proper sizes & specifications of gland packing; extracting the damaged packing with proper tools; cutting of new packing into proper size; if required tightening, after the valve put in to service , as per instruction of EIC.
17	Tightening of glands of all types of gate; globe; ball or any other similar valves of all sizes and all ratings , at all elevations and at all locations; to arrest leakages as per satisfaction of EIC.
18	Greasing of all types of gate, globe, ball or any other similar valves of all sizes and ratings; at all elevations and at all locations; removal of old grease and cleaning properly as per instruction of the EIC.
19	Repairing/replacement of wheel/lock nut/yoke nut/eye bolt etc. of all type of gate, globe, ball or any other similar valves of all sizes and all ratings; at all elevations and at all locations as per instruction of EIC.
20	Reparing of swivel joints; 3 inch x 150 # and 4 inch x 150 # ; by dismantling the bearing balls; lip seal; O" rings; providing tags for identification; Cleaning of all parts; reassembling parts to be changed if required to complete as per the instruction of EIC.
21	Raising or lowering of height of roof of floating roof type tanks by removing split pin; locking pin; raising/lowering of roof support legs to the height required and again inserting the pin and split pin in the specified hole taking all precautions keep all the support legs in the same height as perthe instruction of E-I-C.
22	Opening and box up of pontoon manway covers by using the U-type lifting lugs;checking of neoprene gasket; changing it if reqd.; putting the cover lock in proper position to complete the job in all respect as per the instruction of E-I-C.
23	Repairing of Swing Ladder including open & box-up of cover,welding; fixing by chain pully at SMT Road/Rail Gantry; removal of all fittings; auxillary system if any; transportation of equipments to w/s if necessary and bring back to site after repair, box-up with appropriate resources and as per the satisfaction of EIC
24	Adjusting of spring tension; including open & box-up of cover; arm fixing by chain pully at NRMT Road/Rail Gantry; removal of all piping; fittings; auxillary system if any; transportation of equipments to w/s if necessary and bring back to site after repair, box-up with appropriate resources and as per the satisfaction of EIC.

32	PIPE SUPPORT: Fabrication & erection of dummy pipe supports like shoes; cradles; turn buckles; T-posts etc. of all typesincluding supply & application one coat of red oxide; zinc chromate primer; all necessary equipment; consumables; labour returning surplus materials & scrap etc. to Owners storge points & completing work as per drawing; specifications & instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
33	Fabrication & erection of steel structural including transportation of material from owner"s storage point to fabrication site/ work shop for pipe racks ; staircases; hand rails;gratings; ladders; platfroms brackets etc. of all types; preparation of necessary drawings; including supply of all tools & tackles; equipments; machinery; consumables labour etc.necessary to complete the job in all respect as per drawing;codes & specification; including supply & application of one coat of red oxide primer; as per instruction of engineer incharge.< structural steel material; including nut bolt; washers; etc. will be supplied by NRL free of cost.
34	Dismantling of existing structural work by cutting; grinding; gauging; ncluding cleaning the area; grinding & making smooth the uneven cut surfaces and returning the cut out materials to NRL store including supply of all tools & tackles; equipments; machinery; consumables labour etc. necessary to complete the job in all respect as per drawing;codes; specification & instructions of Engineer In-Charge.
35	CS/AS Plate cutting per mm thickness per running mtr.:To & fro Transportation of plates of all sizes from owners storage point to working site, Gas cutting of plates, finishing edge preparation by grinding, deploying adequate resources and complete the job as per satisfaction of E.I.C., UOM: MM thk per RM.
36	CS Plate welding per mm thickness per running mtr.:To & fro Transportation of plates of all sizes from owners storage point to working site, Edge preparation by grinding, Fit-up & welding with proper electrode, ensuring interstage & final job quality through NRL inspection Deptt., deploying adequate resources and complete the job as per satisfaction of E.I.C., UOM: MM thik per RM.
37	Immediate Hot job group mobilisation with all resources like Diesel generator/ Motor generator/Rectifier as per requirement, Gas cutting sets with cylinders, Grinding machines, extention boards, power distribution board with ELCB etc.as required for carring out Hot jobs.
38	FABRICATION/ERECTION OF STRUCTURAL WORK:Supplying transporting storing, fabricating in position and testing / examining bolted and/ or welded structural steel works at all levels and locations including all builtup sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and / or plates, bent plates in trusses, purlins, wind ties, wind girders, columns, portals, racks, frame works, crane sagrods, supports for equipment and technological accessories and process piping, hand railings, posts, conveyor galleries, trestles, towers, masts, junction houses, etc cutting, welding,finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level with temprorary staging & bracing and removal of the same after erection, grouting with ordinary Grout or premix free flow Nonshrink Grout as specified, including preparation and submission of detailed fabrication drawings, preparing the surface for painting, surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease and surface preparation, shop primer as per EIL SPEC 6-66-004after fabrication etc all complete. Supply of all material in contractor"s scope.
39	Structural painting :Supplying & applying FINISH PAINT of approved quality and shade including a coat of primer as per EIL specification No. 6-66-004 over one coat of shop primer already applied including storage , surface preparation, degreasing, cleaning, drying, touching up of shop primer coat, providing temporary staging, scaffolding, testing, etc, for steel structures at all levels and locations, all complete as specified
40	Wrapping and coating in underground piping including application of primer; as specified by NRL Inspection deptt.; including supply of material and all tools & tackles including heating torch; as per instruction of E-I-C
