| 3 | Total Quoted Price for the Manpower Cost shall include Establishment Expenses, Travel Expenses, Communication Expenses and all Other Overheads to execute the contract as per Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions of NVVN Tender as well as TSECL Expression of Interest. |
| 4 | Bidder shall specify the Person Name, Designation, Rate per person per month in the Table A above. Minimum Five Manpower may be specified by the Bidder in Table A (Sl No 1 to 5). However, Bidder can quote any number of desired manpower additionally, if required, in the rows provided at Sl No 6 to 15. Further, Bidder can also add sufficient rows beyond Sl No 15, if required, in addition to the rows provided to specify manpower. |
| 5 | Except for adding the additional rows in the price schedule for quoting manpower (if required), Bidder shall not edit/modify the Qty or formula or any textual content in the price schedule. If additional row is added, then same Qty & formula of the existing rows, is to be adopted for the rows additionally added by the Bidder. |
| 6 | (i) Any Price Component or any GST component in the price schedule, if left blank by the bidder, shall be deemed to be included in the Total Quoted Price |
| 7 | (ii) NVVN shall not be liable to pay GST which has not been filled by the bidder in the Price Schedule, even if the same is prevailing in India as on seven days prior to the date of Price Bid Submission. |
| 8 | (iii) GST shall be paid by NVVN as per Actuals or Quoted GST Amount in Price Schedule, whichever is lesser. |
