| 2 | Providing and laying 3 mm thick polymer modified prefabricated bituminous waterproofing membraneover roofs of buildings as per the technicalspecifications & details given in Scope Of Work. The rate shall include for the following activities :Surface preparation by wire brushes and cleanig to remove all loose particles, dirt, etc. from the roof surface complete.Application of modified bitumenous primer @ 1.00 Ltr. Per 5.00 Sq. M. (on an average basis).Laying of 3 mm thick polymer modified bituminous waterproofing membrane, each strip to have at least 100mm overlapping at longitudinal edges as well as at the ends including installing / fixing bythermofusion by gas torch. Proper sealing ofoverlaps shall be done by thermofusion & hot trowelling, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall include for erection and removal of staging / scaffolding wherever required complete.Application of bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Ltr./ Sq.M. (one or more coats).Note : Measurements shall be taken for finished area only. |

| 10 | Providing and fixing locally available good quality MS wire chicken mesh with MS nails wherever required complete as per directions of Engineer Incharge. |
| 11 | Dismantling of old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surfacesfor fresh plaster work including disposal of rubbish to dumping groundin NFL premises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Dismantling tile work (Cement / Ceramic / Glazed) in floors and roofs/dados in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal ofrubbish to the dumping area as per directions of EIC. |
| 13 | Demolishing plain cement/LIME concretework including disposal of material within 50 mtrs. lead. |
| 14 | Removing small plants grown on buildings (on walls, Chhajjas etc.), by cutting the brick work/RCC for uprooting of the plants and makinggood the same as perdirections of Engineer Incharge, including making approach (Plaster/concrete used for filling the cavity shall be paid separately). |
