CSL intends to undertake fitment of new guns in the Bridge Deck of Fast Petrol Vessls of Indian Coast guard (11 Numbers).Below mentioned works are to be carried out as a part of SRCG Installation.

(a) Existing deck of 4.5 mm Aluminium plate is to be cut and renewed with 10 mm & 20 mm plates with additional stiffeners. Details are mentioned at Annexure I & II. Approved drawing will be provided along with work order.

(b) Aluminium plates (Probable dimensions- 6 M * 1.5 M / 6 m * 3m) shall be supplied by CSL. Cutting / grinding / welding etc ofthe aluminium plates to attain the required dimensions and pre fabricating the Plates along with stiffeners/ extrusions for welding / fitment onboard the ships shall be Contractor scope.

(c) Fabrication of MS Gun foundation as per drawing. Fitment of the fabricated Gun foundation to renewed aluminium Deck using Bi-metallic stripes / joint. Details are mentioned at Annexure I.

(d) Five numbers pillars would also need to be installed. Size of pillar is 101.6(OD)*15.91 Thick. Details are mentioned at Annexure I.

(e) Fitment of cable trays (100 mm Width) – Approx 60 Meter / Ship.

(f) Interface plate to be finished as per the drawings provided by CSL. (14 Pedestal Interface thread holes to be provisioned / drilled on the Interface plate for fitment of the Gun pedestal using 14 Number M10 Studs and nuts/ screws. 01 Grounding point and 04 thread holes for fitment of mechanical stoppers to be provisioned). Note: Above jobs are not splitable and to be done through single party.
