Name of Work: Annual maintenance & Operation work of 33/11kV Substation Dwarahat & its associated HT/LT lines, Replacement of Damaged T/f\"s, Meter reading and attending the breakdowns & complaints of the consumers under EDD Ranikhet.

1Maintenance and preventive maintenance of 33/11 KV S/s, 33 KV, 11KV, LT/HT line and DTR\"s as per JE instructions (30 Km 33KV, 130 Km 11KV, 335 Km LT line and 177 Nos. DTR) including timely release of NSC & distribution works as per JE Instructions and consumer complaints handling as per UERC supply code 2020 including contractor profil.
2Operation work in shifts (4 shifts) for operation of 33/11 KV S/s. 1 shift out of 4 shift system.
3Meter reading and bill distribution work of consumers as per schedule monthly / bimonthly basis including SBM & accessories-cartage etc. Unbilled/RDF penality will be imposed @ 300/bill
4Supervison work of maintenance and meter reading works.
