(d) Checking and refixing thermostat and re-adjust (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts/ components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/ components required shall be measured and paid separately under Item No. 34 to 43 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item No. 32 |
