| 3 | Replacement of 02 Nos. burn out CI T-section of size approx. (19.5 inch X 12 inch, 8mm thick) i/c03 Nos. Flange of each T-section of size 150mm dia 10mm thick as per the site requirement/existing structure with the help of all labour like helper, beldar, fitter, supervisor and along with T&P and transportation of complete arrangement at site of work and as per the direction of engineer in-charge. |
| 4 | Supply of MS nut bolt with washers (sizing should be as per the site requirement. |
| 5 | Supply of rubber packing 3mm thick |
| 6 | Cleaning/servicing of 02 Nos. Handi& complete burners with the help of special workmanship tools etc as per the direction of engineer in-charge. |

| 8 | Painting of complete job as per the direction of engineer in-charge. |
| 9 | Testing & commissioning of the gas burner after repairing/ servicing as per the site requirement. |
| 10 | PART- B :Dip Trap. Dismantling the dip traps from the chamber after separate the drain line with the help of hydraulic crane/required tools & tackles etc. this work also include the fixing of MS dead flange as per site requirement. |
| 11 | Fabrication/Fixing of 01 No. New SS Dip trap sizing as per existing/actual,made out of 8 mm SS-304 sheet and support with the 03 Nos. SS-304 angle of size(5mm thick,50x50 mm) with one No. SS-304, 25 mm thick dead flange and 02 Nos. SS-304, 10mm thick Blank flange with SS Nut, Bolts & washer sizing as per actual site requirement, this work include men and material along with T&P and transportation of complete arranged at site of work & complete levelling as per the direction of engineer in-charge. |
| 12 | Repairing/Servicing/cleaning of existing Dip traps and fixing of repaired Dip traps with required hardware good and manpower/crane as per the site requirement/direction of engineer in-charge. |

| 15 | Painting of complete all Job as per the direction of engineer in-charge. |
