Providing and fitting of double skin modular construction, draw through floor mounted exhaust air units of 0.6mm thick plain GI sheet from inside and 0.6mmthick pre-plasticized GI sheet from outside with 25mm thick puf insulation with 40kg/m³ density, CFC free in between them. The unit shall be complete with DIDW centrifugal fan backward curved blower (plug fan/belt driven), Squirrel cage induction motor, filtration system capable of entrapping of moisture contents, smoke and oil particles, drain pan, V belt drive, fire proof double canvass connection, drain piping and other accessories as per requirement. The job also includes fabrication, supplying, fixing in position, connecting, testing and commissioningof electrical control panel provided with suitable incoming MCCB/switch fuse unit, voltmeter and ampere meter, contactor, over loadrelay, push button station, single phase preventer, requisite electrical cabling, etc. All the components shall be housed in 2mm thick MS sheet steel housing. The control panel shall be cubical type, dust and vermin proof, hinged and lockable doors and deed front operation to be positionedat optimum place inside the central hospital kitchen.

Providing and fitting of 24SWG sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanizes steel sheets complete with all accessories, straight and smooth finished G.I. flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts, all 90° elbow must be provided with double radius turning vanes, all rectangular duct taps should be made with shoe (45°) fittings includes supports for hanging of ducts and shall be in compliance as per SMACNA norms.
