3Taking down unserviceable gang operated switch and Supply and fix switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, vertical type,with polymer insulators, mounted onsteel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.
4Dismenttling and Removing the unserviceable 11 KVexpulsionfuse single pole carefully from 2/4 pole structure and S&F Expulsion Fuse (DO) Siingle pole alongwith post top insulator suitable for11KV 100Amps capacity including connecting the same to the supply with necessary fixing material suchasaluminiumjumpers ,binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.
5Servicing of gang operated switch on Two / four pole structure at elevated height and replacing unserviceable components like knife, connecting copper strip, nut, bolts & washers of GI/brass as and providing suitable lubrication to component ofswitch air break, gang operated, triple pole, vertical or horizontal type mechanically operated for current rating upto 200 Amps suitable for 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.
6Taking down unserviceable HT UG cable and Supply, laying, connecting and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade(earthed) ofcross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.0 core complete all as specified and as directed.
7Description all as per SerItem No 6above but 150 sqmm 3.0 core complete all as specified and as directed.
8Dismantling unserviceable insulators and M&L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.
9Dismantling unserviceable insulators and M&L disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball & socket type, two-in-series, white, brown or green with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts, grade for single disc assembly complete all as specified and as directed.
10Dismantling old unserviceable ACSR conductor and M&L for ACSR conductor in OH lines of HT / LT / street light conductor (Squirrel / Weasel) including binding with aluminium wire, in between every span complete all as specified and directed.

12M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV four pole structure and painting with two coats of 1st quality aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles and clamps of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
13Description all as per Ser item No 12 above but of two pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.
14M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 11 KV, 11.00 metres long poleand painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5M height from ground level and on all steel surfaces such as channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washersand zebra marking using reflective tape, two layers each of black & Yellow colour upto 1.5 metres height from ground level, numbering the poles with letters of height not less than 4 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.
15Description all as per Ser item No. 14 here-in-before but of LT poles of8 / 9 metres long poles complete all as specified and as directed.
16M&L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 50 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of transformer and two pole / four polestructure complete all as specified and as directed.
17M&L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM !:4 includingrenderingin CM 1:4 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including demolition of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.
18S&Fin repair Cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or as directed inclusive of one primer coat or red oxide, one under coat and finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed , incl taking out old rusted channels from 2 pole /4 pole structures complete all as specified and as directed.
19Servicing of HT,VCB / SF6 CB, relays including calibration of IDMTL relays through primary and secondary injection method and testing complete re-setting where required and ensuring proper functioning of earth fault and overcurrent relays incluiding removing carbondeposite from contect point greasing and tightining all fixed andmoving contects for smooth functioning including replacement of tripping and closing coil, 30 Voits complete all as specified and as directed.(Note: - Calibratiion of relays and Primary and secondry injection test shall be conducted by Authorised Company / Manufactures. 22Description all as per Ser Item No 21 abovebut of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmmcomplete all as specified and as directed.
23Taking down the failed cable from its position, supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for Indoor end termination, Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
24Description all as per Ser Item No 23 abovebut of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
25Taking down the failed cable from the excavated trench, material and labour for straight through cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, Heatshrink type complete with accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.
26Description all as per Ser Item No 25 abovebut of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
27Excavation in trenchesin soft / loosesoilnot exceeding 1.5 mtr in wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables / stay assembly / pipe lines and getting out in the following types of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

31Supply and spreading clean, fine, dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable / inside transformer yard complete all as specified and as directed.Note :-Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.
32Supply and laying un-reinforced pre-cast concrete cable covers, Class HV, type 1, flat, of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
33Supply and lay common burnt clay building bricks sub class "B" of designation 75 laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.
34M & L for Road cutting / hard standing for taking up or laying of LT UG cable upto a depth of 15 cm, after laying of cable, well ramming to the excavated soil and repair the exvcavated portion of road as existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC complete all as specified and as directed.
35Supply and fixed in repairs Danger Notice board of 1.6 mm thickmild steei sheet vitreous enamelled white withletter, figures and conventional skull and bones in a single Red colour anf fixed with MS Clamp ,bolts and nuts of approved sizefor LT 20 cm X 15 cm Size complete all as specified and as directed.
36Description all as per Ser item No 35 abovebutfor HT-25 cm X 20cm complete all as specified and as directed.
37Taking down unserviceable GI tubing and M&L for new galvanized steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :-
38(a) 100 mm bore.
39(b) 80 mm bore
40(c) 50 mm bore
41(d) 40 mm bore
42M&L for repair of transformer by carefully dismantling the HT / LT and earth connections, draining out the oil from transformer to the required level and storing in cleaned containers, opening the top cover and conservator tank from transformer, for rectifying the defects and dismantling and replacing burnt out LT/ HT bushes and fixing back the same using new oil seal, gaskets, GI nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size, making all HT / LT connections as per the original, re-filling the transformer oil to the required level and testing on completion for capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-(i) LT/ HT bush, transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items.
43Disconnecting the HT / LT connections, taking out the transformer from its plinth at any situation with the help of suitable crane and transporting the transformer to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and bringing back and re-install in its original place, of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.
44Disconnecting the Electric cable connections, taking out the voltage stabilizer from its position at any situation with the help of suitable pully / crane and transporting thevoltage stabilizer to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and bringing back and re-install in its original place, of capacity upto 75 kVA complete all as specified and as directed.
45Taking out complete core from transformers / Voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 400 KVA, cutting and removing burnt out winding and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge using proper insulatingmaterials, applying varnish, drying in heating chamber, re-assembling the transformer as per the original and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Shifting of transformers/ Voltage stablizer from installed position to Civil workshop and back will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.
46Filtration of transformer oil at site of 11KV / 433V,indoor / outdoor transformer / Voltage stabilisers of any capacity installed at various locations, with mobile type filtration plant to acheive minimum di-electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 4mm gap, as per relevant I.S. and Topping up of transformer oil into the body / conservator tank of transformer upto required level, including testing and recording the values of di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration at site with transformer oil testing machine complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : - Transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately as ""supply only"" items of schedule.
47Supply Only transformer oil for topping up in transformers. Make :- Poweroil /Transol GET/ Servo.
48Supply Only HT bush of capacity upto 250 KVA.
49Supply Only HT bush of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA.
50Supply Only LT bush of capacity upto 250 KVA.
51Supply Only LT bush of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA.
52Supply Only HT bush with copper rod of capacity upto 250 KVA.
53Supply Only HT bush with copper rod of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA.

56M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of 11 KV / 433 V outdoor type distribution transformer, painting with spray gun through out externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of best quality of approved colour and writing machine number in white colour on black background complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities of transformers:-
57(a)Transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA.
58(b)Transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA.
59(c)Transformer of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA.
60Disconnecting the HT / LT connections of a defective transformer of any capacity and shifting the trolley mounted mobile type transformer of capacity 200 KVA to the required location with tractor or crane if required and making all necessary HT and LT connections, testing and return back to the original location after completion of transformer repairs and reconnection the same complete all as directed.
61Taking down unserviceable breather and Supply & fix Silica gel breather, suitable for transformer including sufficient quantity of silica gelcomplete all as specified and directed for thefollowing capacities of transformers :-
62(a)Transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA.
63(b)Transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA.
64(c)Transformer of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400 KVA.
65M&L for trimming of tree branches around HT / LT overhead lines, upto 3m on both sides of over head lines and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The item will be measured in span length. The approx span length is 30 mtr to 40 mtr.
66Stringing and Fixing Only in position of existing sagged ACSR conductor in OH lines of HT / LT/ street light conductors including binding with aluminium wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The item will be measured in span length. The approx span length is 30 mtr to 40 mtr.
67Cutting and removing the damaged portion of the LT cable,Supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for cold shrink type straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 4 x 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.Make :-3M/Reychem/Dension. Note :- Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ.
68Description all as per Seritem No.57 abovebut for cable of size 3.5 / 4 x 25 sqmm to 3.5 x 70 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

78Taking out unserviceble Earthing from Sub Stations , M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, Earth plate shall be connected with double bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, to & including32x6 mm galvanized iron strip as earth lead, extended upto 7.5 m "or" upto test terminal point, drawn through 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of galvanized iron strip in the ground, further connecting with suitable size of earth strip to LT Panel, Transformer, DBs etc., including excavation, earth work, magnesium sulphate-50 Kg and charcoal in alternate layers on all sides sorrounding the earth plate, bentonite-25 Kg clay mixed withwater and loomy soil sorrounding the plate on all sides, all as specified, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe 20mm dia bore med. grade, wire net, funnel etc. & testing on completion all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I, including breaking and removing the unserviceablematerials complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excvation earth work, PCC fdn , cover slab , rendering etcand GI strip upto 7.5 mtr included in the job.
79Taking down change over switch and S&F new onload change over switch with sheet metal enclosure, TPN, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC of the following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.
