a) Rake Loading site witness cost for Contractor towitness quantity and quality of drum loading at Rake Loading location followed by wagon proper sealing and itsintactness. This is to cover total quantity and quality of Packed Bitumen Drums and and observing/recordingwagons proper sealing and its intactness,scope for all the stock received for Bokaro BP PackedBitumen yard in the scope of contractor.

a) Unloading filled bitumen barrels from wagons at Bokaro Rly siding/Any new Rly siding withtin vicinity of Bokaro (Within roundtrip distance of 20 KM ex-Bokaro Bitumen yard) including salvaging spilled bitumen from box wagon if any, and putting the same in empty drums, loading the filled drums in own hired trucks, delivery of the barrels from Rly siding to Bokaro Bitumen Yard (excluding delivery charges) without any loss of product, keeping vigilance at Rly siding to avoid loss of materials due to theft.b) Unloading and stacking the filled drums in the storage yard as per direction. The job of unloading to be completed within free time allowed by Railways. The job includes all liasioning with Railways, payment of demurrage /Wharfage etc if any by contractor at his cost if not unloaded within free time.c) Preparation of all documents/ allied paper works complete including supplying necessary manpower involved in the entire operation.

Unloading of packed bitumen drumsincluding stacking/ destacking of Drums in IOCL Bokaro Stock yard received by Open Trucks / Container Trucks received from other IOCL supply point by Road by providing necessary labourers/forklift etc as per IOCL direction.

Loading of packed bitumen drums from stockyard to customers vehicle by providing necessary labourers/forklift/Dunnageetc., as per IOCL direction including stacking/destacking of Drums in yard.

Accounting of Bitumen Barrels, preparation of MIS as per IOC Format, Identifying leaky drums, segregating them, salvaging spilled bitumen if any from stock yard, maintaining / housekeeping of yard and other miscellaneous works as per IOCL direction and cost towards performance BG.(Lump sum)

Lum Sum monthly fixed charges for Supervision of PBDSYB duringoff shift hours. (Two Semi Skilled manpower may be deputed for round the clock supervision of yard to safeguard any misappropriation during off shift hours).

Delivery of packed PACKED BITUMEN drums unloaded at Bokaro Railway Siding/Any new Rly siding withtin vicinity of Bokaro (Within roundtrip distance of 20 KM ex-Bokaro PACKED BITUMEN Yard)by arranging sufficient number of hired trucks and delivering the same to PACKED BITUMEN Stock yard at Bokarowithin freetime allowed as per Railway rules.The rate should include:a)All charges towards hiring of trucks & delivery of PACKED BITUMEN drums andb) Liasioning work with Railways, payment of wharfage charges by contractor at his cost if unloaded PACKED BITUMEN drums not removed within free time.
