| 9 | All the above switch gears and its accessories shall be mounted in suitable size of enclosure made out of using 2 mmthick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing & 1.6 mm for non load bearing members as per standard practice.All the MCCBs incoming & out going sides shall be inter connected using suitable rated bus bar with necessary spreader links as required. The provision shall be made available for terminating of cable of size 2R x 4C x 300 Sq.mm. & 4C x 240 Sq.mm Al.armoured XLPE cable for incoming & alloutgoing feeders respectively at the bottom. Also necessary gland plates shall be provided using 3 mm thick sheet steel as required. All the cubical doors shall be earthed as per standard practice. Also aluminium earth bar shall be provided as per standard practice. The enclosure shall be painted with powder coatedpaint as per standard practice. The LT PCC shall be installed using necessary brick construction cement concreate pedestals andangle iron frame fasteners etc, all complete as per the site requirement. The GA shall get approval before fabrication. |
| 10 | Replacement of existing 400A TP MCCB with 630A TP MCCB on the Feeder piller with retrofit work. The existing MCCB has connected one of the out going feeder of feeder piller. The existing MCCB incoming side aluminium bus bar has tapped from the main bus bar and out going side bus bar shall extended up to cable alloy chamber to terminate the cables. The capacity of bus bar both incomming and outgoing side shall be 400A. The bus bar length shall be 300mm each phase approximate on both the side. The same shall be replaced with 630A capacity. The necessary rotary operated handle mechanism (ROHM) shall be provided. The existing make and model no of 400A MCCB shall be ABB Tmax T5N400 (LSIG). The same make and model no: T5630 (LSIG) for 630A shall be installed. |

| 18 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free earthing system using 3000 mm length, 77-80 mm outer dia copper bonded M.S. Pipe as primary electrode. The Copper bonded pipe electrodes shall be of molecularly bonding of pure electrolytic copper (99.9%) with the thickness/bonding of ranging from 50 to 100 microns.The hollow space of the electrode shall be duly filled using high conductive and non-corrosive compound to withstand fault current lands on the electrode. Both the ends of the pipe / electrode shall be permanently sealed and the top portion of the earth electrode shall be provided with extended leadholes on the terminal for connecting to the earth terminals. The electrode shall be directly buried in the ground. The earth pit shall be refilled using environment friendly low resistance grounding minerals having a combination of graphite & natural earth minerals to form a low resistance zone all round the electrode. The required quantity of water shall be poured inside the earth pit as per the OEM recommendations as required. The necessary earth chamber shall be provided using heavy duty weather proof plasticcoverwith locking facility. |
