30Providing of Road circle and fixing fiber Sculpture (FRP/GRP/ ANY OTHER MATERIAL SPECIFIED BY VENDOR) alongwith fabricating a rigid skeletal frame work by welding steel bars/weld mesh as per the desired size, shape and profile of the finished structure .Finish should be simillar to the photofeatures approved by the Architect. Electrical Class I high pressure die cast aluminium body with pc protector(for optimal luminous flux, IK 09 impact resistance( Confirmed with Third party NABL approved lab report)  IP 66 optical & control gear compartments with direct access to control gear, suitable for a horizontal / vertical mounting (Ø60mm).The luminaire is equipped with universal post of /horizontal adapter with inclination from -20 to 15 degree in steps of 2.5 degree.  Each LED with a specific lens for uniform photometric distribution. The luminaire must be equipped with balance device ,Automatic power off switch ,respiratory system and tool free buckle for ease in operation. 37SITC of8.1 mt/4.2 mt differential height double arm Pole ( Kesslec style pole or Equivalent). The streetlight pole shall be of ‘composite’ construction designed to withstand specified ‘dead load’ pertaining to the luminaire and its mounting accessories and ‘wind load’ corresponding to a basic wind speed of 169kmph without any deformation or damage to the structure. The pole should be designed as per the stipulations of standard EN40 to establish its structural suitability under ‘serviceability’ and ‘ultimate limit state’ conditions. ThePole Shaft should be fabricated out of Steel tube of grade YSt 240 and batch test reports for chemical and mechanical properties of material should be submitted along with the bid. Structurally designed base plate of Steel A36/A572-50 or equivalent should be welded with the pole shaft.The welding shall be of high quality, carried out by qualified welders using approved welding procedures and tested for its quality through NDT method, such as DP Test. The pole shall be provided with an opening at the bottom with removable cover for providingconnectors, MCB, etc. Appropriate reinforcement shall be provided to compensate for the loss of section at this point to ensure overall structural stability of the pole under specified operating conditions.The pole shaft structure shall be hot dip galvanized through single dip process as per ASTM A123 and minimum average coating shall not be less than 65 microns. No mechanical operation, such as welding, drilling, etc. should be carried out on the pole structure post hot dip galvanizing. Poles using pre galvanized steel tubes or hot dip galvanized through double dip process are not acceptable. Complete pole shall be treated with high quality primer and thereafter coated with Marine grade Polyurethane paint to minimum average DFT of 70 microns. The painting shall be carried out by experienced and trained technicians using proven and established painting procedure. Only ‘controlled’ paint drying process shall be used to ensure proper adhesion and finish of the paint. 51Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark, of approved brands including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with CI/RCC coverhaving locking /Lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge.The scope of work includes the following: a) Excavation ofpit of sizenot less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI pipe, 40mm diameter as per specifications. c)Charcoal/salt as per specs ( paid seperately). d) Refilling the pit of size not less than 1.0x1.0x 2.0 mtrs(min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation. e)Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Aluminium tag with embossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe . g)watering arrangement(plumbing will be paid seperately).(b) In rocky strata
