Supply and installation of Three Phase Whole Current Smart Meters ,as per latest IS 16444 Part 1 with accuracy class 1 and current rating of 10-100A. Meter shall have the ability to communicate with Head End System (HES) on the communication technologies mentioned in IS16444 Part 1 in a secure manner. Meter should have the provision for 01 no’s plug incommunication module for connectivity. The sameinterface shall be compatible with Cellular (3G, 4G), RF, Ethernet, LAN, Wi-fi and WAN communication technologies interchangeable in the field. The selection of communication technology should be as per the site conditions and as per design requirement of AMI Implementing agency. In case of Cellular based meter, the meter shall accommodate any type SIM card of any service provider. In case of Plug-in type communication module, the meter shall log communication module removal /non-responsive event with snapshot.Interface shall support data transfer between meterand network interface card over UART/ RS232 or above.Meter shall have mechanism to log communicationmodule removal as an event in its memory with dateand time stamp. Meter shall support TCP-UDP/ IP communication profile for smart meter to HES 2. The sameinterface shall be compatible with Cellular (3G, 4G), RF, Ethernet, LAN, Wi-fi and WAN communication technologies interchangeable in the field.
