The PBB steel tunnel structure should be capable of withholding the additional load of 2 no. ground power unit (GPU) and 1 no. pre-conditioned air unit (PCA) to be provided in future. |

Note: - (1) All-inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract (AICMC) shall start for thirteen years after defect liability period including cost of all required spares, labour, consumables and tools for PBBs & A-VDGS. (2) Rates shall be quoted considering supply and replacement of AC unit, UPS, PBB flooring and complete painting of PBBs after 7 years but not later than 10 years from date of commissioning as decided by EIC. |
