    Request For Proposal For Selection Of Agency / Contractor For Operation And Maintenance Of Outdoor Fitness Equipments At Various Locations In Bhubaneswar Development Authority Area-Operation and Maintenance of 12 Sets of Outdoor Fitness Equipments at 24 (Twenty Four) parks at various locations under Bhubaneswar Development Authority area by engaging Skilled labour, spare parts, machineries for 3 (three) years maintenance work like cleaning / washing and keeping the equipments free from dust, dirt and spots on daily basis, Lubricating the required parts on weekly basis, Painting the equipments to match the shed shall be done as soon as it got feded, subject to minimum twice in a year, Repair and restoration of any part of any equipments, Loose foundation / tilting of any structure, Keep the instruments free from Corrugation, Sharp edges / harmfull surface to be taken-up within Forty Eight Hours after the defect is noticed etc. as required for Operation & Maintenance with respect to RFP Terms and Conditions and direction of Engiener-in-charge.
