Applying wood preservative (anti-termite) of approved brand in two coats for entire wooden members for beams and ceiling including cleaning & preparing surface, etc. complete.

Applying synthetic enamel paint in three coats over a coat of primer for the both sides of the false ceiling, including all charges, etc complete.
