Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (HSR Item No. 30.22).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR Item No. 11.60).

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand andmanufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer. (HSR Item No. 11.67.1).

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, toachieve even shade and colour.Two coats. (HSR Item No. 11.66.2).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete. (HSR Item No. 30.35.2).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shadeOne or more coats on old work.(HSR Item No. 30.28.1).
