2a) Slurry contaminated Carbo beads shall be collected from U300/U400 and conveyed to storage area in U300 and the contaminated Carbo beads are to be cleaned, washed and dried.The slurry contaminated wash liquor should be drained to area sump.The sieved 40 mesh over flow Carbo beads shall be collected /weighed and recorded.The under flow rejected should be certified by officer before disposal to land filling area. KMML will provide storage space for executing the above work in U300 plant and the shifting of recovered material as per the plant requirement shall be done by the contractor. The sieved 40 mesh over flow Carbo beads shall be collected /weighed and recorded.Weight of material collected in bags shall be witnessed and certified by an officer of Plant based on which payment will be recommendedThe measurement shall be in weight (Metric Ton) for recovery of Carbo beadsWork is to be donedaily/shift wise /asper requirement or as specified by Plant
