2Repairs & Servicing of defective submersible pump of capacity upto 7.5 HP by dismantling the pump & replacinig unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly, testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (i) The rate are inclusive of trasporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. (ii) The rates are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly.(iii) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately underrelevant Items. (iv) The rates are inclusive of testing of pump at borewell installation for satisfactory functioning / running.

42Rewinding of Submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding from stator, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with water under pressureand dried, rewinding the motor using same gauge of insulated copper wire as existing, making the winding leak proof by applying varnish, drying etc., taking out the electrical terminals using suitable size of submersible flat cable upto 2.0 M, installing at its original position for 2 to 3.5 HP motor complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
43Rewinding of Submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding from stator, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with water under pressureand dried, rewinding the motor using same gauge of insulated copper wire as existing, making the winding leak proof by applying varnish, drying etc., taking out the electrical terminals using suitable size of submersible flat cable upto 2.0 M, installing at its original position for 4 to 7.5 HP motor complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
44Servicing of rotor of submersible motor inclusive of Turning / Polishing of rotor shaft of submersible motor of capacity upto 7.5 HP complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
45Repairs to GI column pipe 40/ 50 mm by cutting the worn out portion of threads & re-threading at each end of pipe complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

58Repairs & servicing of defective monoblock / centrifugal pump set of capacity from 2 HP to 7.5 HP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly after replacement of unserviceable parts all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.NOTE:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of transporting the pump from pump house site to work shop & back to site.
