| 24 | NOTE: 1.The AVDGS considered in this work shall be compatible with the existing Gate Operating System (GOS) (Make:RLG) installed at Amritsar airport.AboveAVDGS shall communicate with RLG make GOS system and subsequently with AOCC. All the necessary hardware and software required for this shall be part of the AVDGS item. The amount of Testing & Commissioning will be released only after final commissioning of AVDGS including integration with the existing Gate Operating System (GOS). The agency has to co-ordinate with the manufacturer of existing Gate Operating System (GOS) for integration purpose and will provide all the necessary details/support such as ICD, Architecture, Password etc. ifany, to M/s RLG for final upgradation in their GOS. Alternatively, if agency is unable to integrate with the existing GOS, the agency will have to provide new GOS for proposed 10 nos AVDGS in this tender. Nothing shall be paid extra by AAI for separate/new GOS on account of this. Bidder shall quote accordingly.2.The Rate shall be inclusive of all Taxes and duties (Except GST).3. Tenderer have been advised tovisit and study the existing AVDGS with GOS installed at Amritsar Airport and to ascertain the risks & constraints of site requirements and Bid shall be quoted accordingly. |
