Supplying and Stacking of Precast steel fibre reinforced cement concrete gully grating horizontal of the following sizes and specification at site including all leads as per direction of Enginer-in-charge.

SFRC rectangular GT Cover (70mm thick) with frame for 450mm x 500mm size clear opening in frame.

SFR circular GT Cover (70mm thick) with frame for 560mm dia clear opening in frame.

Conditions:-1. The material shall be supplied at any NDMC stores as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.2. The quoted rates shall be net, inclusive of all taxes i.e. GST, Cartage etc. and nothing extra shall be paid over the quoted rates in this account to the contractor.3. The material shall be supplied proportionate to the time of completion of supply and as per the directions of the Engineer in Charge.4. All other conditions of G.T. Cover & Frame like thickness, tolerances, Sampling, Concreting, Reinforcement etc. will be governed by as in the case of equivalent nearest size manhole cover & frame as per IS: 12592. 5. Protective mild steel flat sheet of minimum 2mm thickness around the periphery of the cover and 25mm x 3mm mild steel flat as part of the frame and shall be given suitable treatment of anti-corrosive paint or coating as described in IS : 12592.6. When tested after ultimate load as per method described in IS: 12592 for manhole cover with frame, the grating cover with frame shall bear a non fracture load of 5.00 MT for 20 seconds. Testing to be carried out from laboratory approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The number and method of sampling shall confirm to IS: 12592.7. 19 nos./25nos. of holes of 50mm to 60mm dia be provided on G.T Cover circular/rectangular respectively and should not have sharp edge at top.8. The grating cover shall be furnished smooth at top and bottom.9. NDMCwill have the right to inspect the manufacturer’s workshop of Authorized dealer of Manufacturers/Dealers/Supplier and casting process.10. The firm should have his own well equipped casting workshop with testing facility and adequate for controlled concrete and curing etc.11. The agency shall submit the manufacturing test certificate of all the items.12. Steel fibres are used in addition to reinforcement and shall not be greater than 0.75mm and the aspect ratio of fibres shall be in the range of 50 to 80 and minimum volume of fibres shall be 0.5% of the volume of concrete.13. The following information shall be clearly and permanently casted/engraved on the cover:-i. Manufacturer Trade Mark of Name.ii. Year of Manufacturingiii. With words NDMC.
