Suitable Capacity Of Crane, Trailer, Lifting Arrangements Shall Be Provided By The Contractor For Handling Of The Panels At Both Off-Site And On-Site. [ H ] The Weight Of Each Panel / Module Shall Not Exceed 700 Kg. [ I ] The Wall Panels Shall Be With 40% Rustic Finish. 22 [ J ] The Panels Shall Be Compatible To Mechanical, Electrical And Plumbing Systems To Be Accommodated In The Building And Accordingly The Panels Shall Be Fabricated In The Factory As Per The Drawings Provided Or As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge As Per Site Requirement. [ K ] The Tmt Bars Provided As Main Reinforcement And Wire Mesh Provided As Lateral Reinforcement Shall Be Measured And Paid Separately Under Relevant Items Of This Schedule / Boq. [ L ] The Contractor Shall Submit Psmb Duly Marked With The Location For Record. [ M ] Site Visit To The Manufacturer’S Workshop / Factory Shall Be Made By The Departmental Executive Staff Authorized By The Accepting Officer During Fabrication Of Wall Panels And At The Time Of Delivery Of Each Lot To Check The Manufacturing Process And To Determine The Strength Parameters Of The Panels. [ N ] Quality Assurance Plan Shall Be Submitted By The Contractor To The Accepting Officer For Approval Within 15 Days From The Date Of Commencement. 23 [ O ] The Contractor Shall Furnish A Written Guarantee To Ge From The Specialist Firm Engaged By Him For A Period Of 25 Years From The Certified Date Of Completion By The Ge For The Effectiveness Of The 3D Printed Wall Panels Supplied And Installed In The Subject Work On Non-Judicial Stamp Paper Of ? 100.00. During The Aforesaid Guarantee Period Of 25 Years, The Contractor Shall Be Solely Responsible For The Effectiveness Of The 3D Printed Wall Panels. Any Sign Of Cracks Or Defects Of Any Type Noticed By The Ge During This Period Shall Be Promptly Rectified By The Contractor Without Any Extra Cost To The Government. The Above Provision Shall Not However, Absolve The Contractor Of His Responsibility Of Effectiveness Of The 3D Printed Wall Panels As Required Under The Provisions Of Contract. Should The Ge, At Any Time During Construction Or Reconstruction Or Prior To The Expiration Of Guarantee Period Of 25 Years After The 3D Printed Wall Panel Work Has Been Completed As Per Contract, Finds That Any Building / Structure Showing Any Sign Of Cracks Or Defects Of Any Type, The Contractor Shall, On Demand In Writing From The Ge Specifying The Location Complained Of Notwithstanding That The Same May Have Been Inadvertently Passed / Certified And Paid For, Forthwith Undertake To Carry Out Such Treatment As May Be Necessary To Render The Structure [ S ] Free From Cracks Or Defects At His Own Expenses For A Period Of 25 Years From The Certified Date Of Completion. In The Event Of His Failing To Do So, Within The Period As Specified By The Ge In His Demand Aforesaid, The Ge May Undertake Such Rectifications As May Be Necessary Through Other Agency At The Risk And Expense In All Respects Of The Contractor.
