In depth but exceeding 1.5 meter in width as well as 10 Sam. on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 Mtr. And lift up to 1.5 Mtr. Disposed soil to be leveled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil. 4 PProviding and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement)M-30, 50 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete (P.C.C.) including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth levelM 10 grade nominal Mix1:3:6(1 cement:3 Coarse sand : 6 gradeed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).(Without Cement) 6 Providing & fixing anodizing alumium work (Anodizing to be got done from approved Anodizer) for doors, windows, ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285 anodised transparent 81 dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gas at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required inlcuding cleat angle Aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. (Glazing and peneling to be paid for separately).For fixed portion 7 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, vintilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVS/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost. of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)with glass panes of 5.0mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 Kg/Sqm) as per IS : 2835 8 Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30 Cm. In depth, 1.5 Mtr. in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 M and lift up to 1.5 Mtr. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed:All kinds of soil. 9 Construction of soakage well in all type of soil with 300 mm thick dry masonry, top and bottom 300 mm course in CM 1:6, 80mm thick stone slab, jointing of slab in CM 1 : 3, Ralthal, Kharanja, 40 mm thick M-15 grade C.C flooring , earthwork complete as per approved drawing including disposal of earth within a lead of 50 mtr.:Size 300 Cm. dia outside & 300 Cm. depth .
