The shelter shall be partitioned in three rooms. 3. 4. 5 6 7 8 9 Foundation for Columns. Column of size 300x230x750mm using PCC (1:2:4) (type B-1 using 10 - 20mm graded crushed stone) over PCC (1:4:8) type D2 100mm thick using 40mm graded crushed stone over rammed earth with four Nos foundation bolts of 16mm dia 600 mm long with nuts for columns . Dwarf Wall Plinth /Dwarf wall shall be of brick masonry wall 230 mm thick and 450 mm high above GL 300 mm deep below GL built in cement mortar 1:6 laid over lean concrete PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 100 mm thick. The pockets for PCC foundation block of column shall be left in plinth wall at column places. The plinth wall will be fixed with 52.50 mm wide channels for external wall cladding. The false ceiling grid is suspended from the roof framework with the help of galvanized wire of 3.0mm dia. The finished clear height of the false ceiling shall be 2.80 m. Roof. Roof slope shall be 1:4 approx. The roof shall be made of 0.63 mm pre-coated pre-coloured steel profiled sheet (Camouflage colour) with necessary fixing arrangement laid over a frame work of trusses, columns and purlins fixed using suitable fasteners. Make: TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL Roof Structure Framework. The roof shall be laid over a framework of Truss, purlins and columns fixed using self drilling screws with washer. The trusses shall be made using rectangular hollow steel sections (ISI Marked) of size 66 x 33 x 2.9mm conforming to IS 4923 :1997 amdt 1. The trusses are provided at a approx distance of 2.00m and shall be supported on columns made using rectangular hollow steel sections of size 96 x 48 x 3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 : 1997 amdt 1 fixed with each using 8mm thick MS end plates & 10mm nut/bolts at top level. The columns shall be welded with 8mm thick MS end plate and shall be fixed to the foundation bolt through this plate. The purlins shall be made using rectangular hollow steel sections of size 66 x 33 x 2.9mm conforming to IS 4923 : 1997 amdt 1 provided on the trusses at a maximum pitch of 1m or less are fixed and flushed with the top level of trusses with the help of 8 mm thick MS end plates & 10mm nut/bolts. Sunshades. Suitable sunshades, made out of coloured profiled sheets reinforced with angle iron frame, will be provided to all external windows and doors. The minimum projection for the sunshades will be 450mm and 300mm wider than the width of the opening. Make: TATA/SAIL/JINDAL/RINL Roof Projection. The roof projection on the gable end and sides shall be 300 mm and 450 mm respectively. Purlins will also be extended in the roof at the eaves and at gable roof extension (outside the structure). Wall Panels/ Partition Walls. The wall shall be made in PUF panel system using 02 Nos 0.60 mm thick 200 gms/m2 zinc plated pre-coated pre-coloured sheets with 40 mm gap filled with polyurethane foam. Wall panels shall be made of GI metal skin PUF white panels of 40 mm thick with 0.60 mm TCT GI skin white panel internally and camouflage pattern externally. The PUF insulation material in the panels shall have fire retarding and self extinguishing properties as per any international standard. B2 DIN 4101 Part-1.Panels shall be manufactured using high pressure dispensing machine of required capacity to inject specified amount of PUF chemical into the cavity of full panel in one shot not exceeding 25 sec duration. This is to ensure that the liquid PUF mixture is sprayed into the cavity before the foaming reaction starts so that the insulation core of panel is formed in one piece and provides desired structural and physical properties. The bulk density of insulation should be 44 +10% kg/m3. The outer GI skin of the panels should be 0.60 mm thick TCT with 50 microns thick PVC guard film on the finished surface only for protection against scratches during handling and transportation. Base metal of GI skin CRCA as per IS-513 galvanized as per GR-120 IS-277. Pre-coated sheet shall be conforming to IS 14246-1995. The panels are to be connected with each other with a male-female type groove made with extended wall panel sheets where by complete air tightness can be achieved.
