Name of Work: Repairs to the 100 KVA voltage stabilizer/various mechanical works at LIS NOUKAL.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Repairs to the 100 KVA voltage stabiliser unit no. 3rd at LIS NOUKAL. The job includes as per the Annexure of the SBD.
2Providing and fitting of 01inch diameter CI gate Valves/Ball Valves of any reputed make and as per latest IS standards. The job includes dismantling of old damaged Gate valves and fitting of new ones along with suitable size nipples, reducers, socket etc. as per site requirement and full load testing at site.
3Repairs to 350 mm diameter MS foot valves at LIS Noukal of unit 1st and 3rd by way of dismantling the flanged MS foot valves at site, cutting of clogged/rusted bolts and nuts using skilled labour and hand grinder. Repairs to MS foot valves by way of fabricating cum machining including fitting of new disc with hinge and steel pin. Providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts and rubber washer. The job also includes reassembling the whole foot valve at site and testing on full load
