Tender For Miscellaneous Fabrication And Repair Works-Fabrication Of Structures And Plates ( With Out Supply ) : The Scope Of Job Includes Fabrication Of Structures ( Materials Provided By Hpcl ) , Erection, Installation, And Commissioning Of The Entire Structure As Required By Officer-In-Charge. Fabrication Of Old Material: Supply, Fabrication, Erection And Welding Of Structural Steel Confirming To Is:2062 / Is:226 For Structural Walkways, Vertical Supports, Handrails, Posts, Gratings Etc. As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. Job Also Includes Cutting To Required Size, Straightening, Bending If Required, Edge Preparation, Cleaning, Preheating, Bolting / Welding Of Joints, Finishing Edges By Grinding, Fixing In Line And Level Grouting Etc. Job To Include Grouting Of Structural Supports If Required To The Respective Bearing Surface But Anchor Bolts ( To Be Provided By Contractor ) As Directed By Engineer-Incharge. Rate Also To Include Preparing The Surface For Painting, Surface Cleaning With Wire Brush, Removal Of Mill Scale Dust, Rust To Receive Paints And Supply And Applying One Coat ( At 80 To 100 Micron ) Of Self Priming Surface Tolerant Epoxy High Build Coating With Poly Amide Amine Catalyst Primer Of Approved Make. Job Also Includes Supply And Applying Two Coats ( At 30 To 40 Micron Each Coat ) Of Acrylic Polyurethane Paint Of Approved Make On The All The Surfaces Of Members. The Surface Preparation To Be Approved By Engineer-In-Charge Prior To The Commencement Of Primer. The Nuts And Bolts Of Structural Members Will Not Be Paid Separately, Shall Be Provided Wherever Required And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. Only Theoretical Structural Weights Of Structural Members Will Be Taken For Measurement And Payments. The Job Also Includes Carrying Out Job To The Correct Line And Level As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge Complete. The Job Need To Be Carried Out In The Terminal Premises Only And The Subject Structural Platforms Are To Be Fabricated In The Yard Space / Hot Work Area As Shown By Engineer-In-Charge And As Required, Then The Same Need To Be Shifted To The Actual Location For Erection. The Rate To Include Shifting, Placing And Erection Of The Same. No Separate Payment Will Be Made On The This Account. No Hot Work Is Allowed In Hazardous Area In The Terminal Premises And All The Safety Requirements Are To Be Religiously Complied With
