| 1 | Repairing of Grit Chamber Unit No.2 at 37 MGD STP Okhla by carrying out following the works: Isolating the Grit Chamber from the hydraulic system (Inflow and outflow sides) by operating Sluice Gates and providing gunny bags to prevent the access of liquid to the unit from the gates. Draining out the stagnated effluent de-slugging & cleaning Grit Chamber with the help of sump pumps and D.G. Set etc. so as to make the conditions at site, workable. |
| 2 | Dismantling the electric motors, Primary reduction Gear Box and central Gear Box by cutting of Nut-Bolts and Fasteners and shifting these to a safe workable place with the help of lowering/ lifting tools and tackles. |
| 3 | Repairing of both scrappers bridge and scrappers by carrying out following works: - Dismantling of vertical shaft, bottom chord and worn out scrapper arms structure with arms with the help of Gas cutter, all tools & tackle. |
| 4 | Fab./ Providing of complete set of scrappers as per existing size with rubber squeezers & M.S. flat. |
| 5 | Providing of M.S. Angle Iron as per existing size for scrappers Arms. |
| 6 | Providing of M.S nuts & bolts of different sizes. |

| 13 | Testing and commissioning of Detroiter system after general servicing of starter, making electric connection and testing of the same on load at site. The work includes contingency charges, providing of heavy labour including any risk and cost of the labour etc. |
| 14 | Renovation and fixing of Screw conveyor with following works:-Dismantling of screw conveyor along with all accessories by cutting of old & rusted fasteners with the help of gas cutter and shifting the same on the ground level with the help of lowering/ lifting tools & tackles. |

M.S. Blank flanges on both side with 25 mm thick. |
