| 1 | Renovation of Final Settling Tank No.4 along with other works at 45 MGD STP, Okhla by carried out the following works, including all the required works , materials, arrangements , tools & tackles , workmanship ,safety equipments as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc guidelinesand as per site requirement , remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect as per requirement satisfactorily. Isolating the Secondary Clarifier by operating Sluice Gate and providing metallic sheet & gunny bags to ensure no flow in the FST. Dewatering the stagnated effluent and cleaning the FST with the help of sump pumps and D.G. Set. De sludging and Cleaning the FST for execution of work. |
| 2 | Dismantling of electric motor, primary & secondary gear box and other mechanical accessories from the top of center mechanism after disconnection from main electric supply and shifting to workable place. |
| 3 | Making temporary platform as safety measures on the sides of the central cage as per site requirement for dismantling of drive head |
| 4 | Dissembling of primary & secondary reduction gear box. |
| 5 | Providing of worm 2 gear & pinion of primary gear box & 6 gear & pinion of secondary gear box, bushes and wheel fabricated as per sample in respect of size & finishing. |

| 9 | Renovation/ Strengthening of Both scrapper Arms Bridges along with scrappers by carrying out following works:-Dismantling of worn out bottom scrappers along with arms with the help of gas cutter, all tools & tackles. |
| 10 | Providing of M.S. Angle Iron of size 90 x 90 x10 mm approx. 40 meter & M.S Channel 100X 50 mm 30 meter for scrapper arm. |
| 11 | Fabrication/ providing of sets of bottom scrappers of sizes appx. 2700 x 200 x 8 mm along with rubber squeezers & M.S. Plate. |

| 20 | Providing the M.S. channel of 125X 65 mm approx 25 meter and M.S Angle 65X65X6 mm approx 25 meter |
| 21 | Providing of M.S chequered sheet 0.95 meter wide having 8 mm thick |
| 22 | Fixing of above M.S. chequered sheet with M.S Channel and M.S angle on the walkway bridge by cutting welding with required size. |
| 23 | Repairing of centre drum by patch work using 5mm thick M.S. sheets and homogenous electric and welding i/c replacement of the damaged stiffeners of the drum with the help of electric welding by providing of size 50x8mm M.S. flat as per site requirement. The job also includes replacement of the damaged portion of the drum and restringing with 50x50X8mm angle iron fixed on the top and bottom of the drum with the help of electric welding. |

| 27 | Testing & commissioning of Clarifier after general servicing of starter, making the all electric connections with the help of thimbles, nut and bolts etc as per requirement, testing and commissioning of the same at no load and full load satisfactorily as per site requirement complete. The work also includes contingency charges, providing of heavy labour i/c any risk & cost of the labour etc. |
