The few specifications are are mentioned below: 1. Dimensions: Length: 300 ± 50mm Width: 200± 50mm Height: 200±50mm 2.Material used for fabrication : SS 304 or SS 316 3. Polishing Disk = 200 ± 0.5mm. 4.The motor to be used for rotation of blade should be at least 1HP and it must be continuously rated for at least 4 hours and can provide variable speed at least up to 2000 rpm and output torque of at least 10 Kg/cm polish samples having hardness ~60HRC. 5.3. The polishing machine should have a passage for removal of waste generated during polishing 6.c. The polished surface should be straight and the straightness will be checked by dial gauge and should be within 50 micron. 7.g.
