Annual maintenance contract for repair and maintenance of Air Conditioner system (both Units) of 01 number Komatsu make PC 2000 Hydraulic Shovel (Sl. No. 20604; Excv-3006, Sri Ram) working at Nigahi Project, NCL.Scope of Work:(1) To make operative both units of the cabin AC system at the beginning of the contract. (2) To carry out Periodic and schedule inspection and maintenance of Air Conditioning system as per check list and OEM recommendation. Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of System specialist with helpers in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations. Periodic inspection service should be carried out minimum once in a month. The periodic inspection service should include at least following works-(a) Checking of Refrigerant gases/ leaks(b) Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump(c)compressor oil filling as per requirement(d) Refrigerant charging in the system(e)checking of all the filters (3) Refilling and top up of Refrigerant and compressor oil as and when required to maintain proper cooling in Operator cabin of Equipment. Refrigerant and compressor oil to be provided by bidder/contractor. Refrigerant used by you should comply recommendation of Govt.agency.(4)To attend and rectify any break down/ repair within 08 hours after being informed by SMS / email/ on their registered mobile no /email. etc. (5) To assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance and repair of stocking at our end. Bidder has to submit the list of bare minimum requirement of spares and their quantity (half yearly requirement) at the beginning of contract.(6) Full functioning of AC system as required for operators comfort (i.e. temperature range of 19 deg C to 25 deg C) to be ensured. Note-Compressed Air for cleaning purpose of job, Water & Electricity if required for doing the job covered under AMC will be provided by NCL. Spares will be provided/ supplied departmentally except Refrigerant and Compressor oil.
