After the installation of piping, the system shall be pressure tested using Nitrogen at a pressure of 20 kg/sq.cm. The pressure shall be maintained in the system for a minimum period of 2 hours and finally charging of R-R404/134a refrigerant as per requirement.The job also includes Providing & Fitting of the following :->Wall & ceiling Insulation= 60 mm thick puff (having density 40±2 Kg/m³)with exposed & internal sides of SS-304 unexposed sides in PPGI for cold room door alongwith cam lock for puf panel interlocking & allied accessories >Door of size & type- 42”x78” -60 mm SS/SS Flush door-1No. clear opening hinge door flush type and allied accessories viz. kick plate, door closer, hinges etc. The door is to be fitted with emergency alarm system.>Floor = Min. 60 mm anti skid Kota stone after proper civil foundation for specified area.>Evaporator Body material= stainless steel 304 grade >Refrigerant=R404/134 a >External Room Dimension- 1No.(LxBxH) =12\"6\"’ x 24’ x 10’>Desired Room Temperature=+2 to +8 deg C>Product Stored=Dead Bodies inside cold storage chamber. The job includes complete testing of the units(electrical & mechanical from S. No. 1 to 5 of this estimate) at full load & no load.The rates are inclusive of supply of materialfitting ,civil works, carriage , labour charges and taxes. The job is complete on turnkey basis. | 6 | Control panel:-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of main cubical panel free standing type, dust & vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheet to be laid over MS angle frame internally wired. The panel shall have modular construction with incoming and outgoing MCCB’s housed in an enclosure forming the basic module. Cable-way module, metering module and MCB module have to be added the basic module.
