    1Supplying, installation, Testing & commissioningof in line doc system cylinder mounted/ wall mounted with vaccum regulator, Rota Meter with rate valve ( Chlorine Doze Adjustment low & High), Injector.The dosing of chlorine system of capacity 200 gm to 2 kg per hour. The system shall be manually controlled having a feed range i.e. Chlorine dozing/capability to control within Plus or Minus 4% of the indicated flow rate of liquid chlorine , Insta Yoke injector 242 tailway nozzle ¾and 2 Nos. filled Chlorine Gas cylinder of capacity 100 kg . The DOC system have vaccum regulator, chlorine doze pipe line various sizes of PVC pipe & CPVC pipe lines (in or out). The pipe line working pressure 6.5 kg to 10 kg per Cm2 ( Maximum) of approved make, high pressure boosting pump/ submersible pump working pressure upto 3.5 kg per Cm2 and above, suitable manual starter ( start & stop) and suitable electrical wire and all other complete fitting required at site. Make Supreme technology Mumbai, Control Matic Germany. Warranty period 6 months for any manufacturing defects only.
    2Maintenance/Comprehensive maintenance of DOC system (12 months) .The firm/ contractor ensure a dose of chlorination upto 2 PPM at water works (source) so as give minimum residual chlorine 0.1 PPM to 0.2 PPM(consumer end). Sevices replacement of chlorination system and Gas toner if any parts are damaged, corroded of pipe line etc. occur will be done free of cost by the agency.
