Kundah Generation Circle - PUSHEPH - Repair and Renovation of existing roof of 04 blocks (Block No. 2,3,4,5) of \"R\" type residential quarters building (2 tenements in each block) and providing weathering course for arresting leakage at Masinagudi camp.

2Chipping and removing the existing damaged Roof slab in R type quarters by manual operation with chisel or any other suitable equipment method without cusing any vibration to the roof and dsposing the dismantled concrete away from the site with an initial lead of 1000m and lift of 2m, cleaning the roof area as directed by the TANGEDCO Engineer includingcost of T & P, lead, lift, providing proper support for existing roof if necessary during dismantling etc., complete.
3Providing PCC 1:1.5:3 , using 6 to 12mm HBG metal and M sand from approved make for roof and adding 2% water proofing compound by weight of cement including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, consolidtion, all leads, lifts, appliction of adhesive for bonding of old and new concrete, placing of weld mesh of 10cm x 10cm x 10 gauges etc. and as directed by the TANGEDCO Engineer in charge complete.
4Weathering course by using one course of solar reflective tiles of size 305x305x7mm over a bed of C.M. 1:3, 20mm thick and adding water proof compound by 2% weight of cement in cement mortar including cement, M sand and all other materials, labour, curing, all leads, lifts, etc., complete. as per standard specification.
