    Tender Details

    Providing Ready-Mix Patch Repair Compound As Per Section 3004.2 (Filling Pothole And Patches Repair With Specific Approval Of The Engineer), Mort&H Specifications For Roads And Bridge Works, 5Th Revision, For Instant Repair Of Surface Defects Of Road Under All Weather Conditions. The Premix Should Consist Of A Binder With Hydrophilic Properties And Accelerated Adherence To All Types Of Aggregates And Can Be Applied On All Patches And Potholes On Road / Pavement Having Upto 25Mm Thick Ready Mix Including Water-Logged Patches And Potholes And In Any Rainy Conditions. The Material Should Be Suitable For Both Bituminous And Concrete Roads With Quick Setting Properties And Allow Traffic To Be Released Within 10 Mins Of Patch And Pothole Repair. The Material Should Be Suitable For Use On Roads With Both Passenger And Heavy Commercial Vehicles. The Mix Should Be Suitable For Repairing Of Surfacing Course And Should Be Comprising Of Fine Aggregates 0 10 Mm, (5.5%-7.5%) Additives As Required. The mix should be packed in bags which can be easily handled manually and be storable under normal storage conditions for at least 8 months
