Supply of Wheel Barrow 3.5CFT Body (Box) with powder coating of 150 Micron in grey color inside the body Open top fabricated from 1.6 mm thick M.S Sheet. The from bottom and rear are in single piece suitably bent at two points so as to give desired shape to body box as per drawing. The two sides of the box are to be from 1.6 mm thick M.S sheet and are to be joined to bottom, front and rear of the box by electric welding and the fabricator must confirm the quality standard such as DIN 79000 and EN 16630. The Equipment supplier must have OHSAS 18001 certification for Health and Safety Management System and for Quality standard manufacturing unit must have ISO 9001 certification. All sizes +-5% variations will be accepted.The Dimensional details of box are given as under: Top open Size:880mm x300mm front side (10mm)Size: 880mm x 430mm back side (+10mm) Bottom: Size: 540mm x480mm (+10mm) Depth: Depth at wheel side 450mm (+10mm) Depth at handle side 300mm (+10mm) Slanting length at wheel end 430mm Slanting length at Handle end 300mm (+10mm) (+10mm) FRAME WORK The frame work is to done 25 OD round pipe length 1660mm so as to support front LHS and RHS of the body box with 25mmx6mm flat iron support in front rear and bottom ends. Support in rear resting of the wheel barrow and the bars from projected handle to main body are also to be provided by using 25mmx6mm flat iron having the length from 32cm to 35 cm with resting pades in legs. Two no. projected supports for axle should be at front end and 25mmx6mm flat iron 185mm long with 25mm round holes for inserting axle. Thebody box is to be fitted on the main frame by electric welding. The supports etc.are also to be fitted by electric welding. The round pipe 25 OD for legs should twisted at 90 as required AXLE: It should be fabricated from 25mm M.S round bars with cylindrical ends forproviding wheels.WHEEL: Polymer Wheel of 300 dia with 25 mm dia axle. The wheel should be double ball bearing. MARKING/FINISHING/PAINTING: Each wheel Barrow shall be marked and painted and Stenciled as per the instructionsfrom the department.
