4Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors & paving n.exc15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
5Demolition of cement reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors & pavings n.exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level),complete all as specified and directed.
6Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 200 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.
7Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.
8Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.
9Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.
10Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft wells, cesspits manholes pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.
11Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.
12Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed ata level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
13PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as infilling in post holes, complete all as specified.
14Mild steelbolts (Purpose made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends, or screwed both ends each screw to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nuts,exceeding 30cms long, diameter of shank n.exc. 12mm, complete all as specified and directed.
15Mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
16Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
17S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed. Note : (each line of wire to be measured)
18Walling of random rubble masonry with best quality stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.
19All as per the description of item No 18 here-in- before but except stones, complete all as specified and directed.
20Brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

22PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed.
23Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed.
24Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

2825 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crused stone aggregate) as in floors to recieve floor finishes, complete all as specified.
29Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.
30Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blockwith grey cement and no pigment, any shape,size and design as approved by Engr-in charge confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, complete all as specified and directed.
31Chequered coloured cement concrete tiles of size 200 x 200 x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid in floors, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed
32Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as spcified and directed.
33Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregatefor cover slab for Man holes / Septic tank set in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.
34TMT bars 10mmdia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns,hoking ends and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

(All work to be carried out under foul condition.)
54Cleaning of 150mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes including manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludgenot less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)
55Cleaning of 100mm bore sewage lines/drain pipes including manholes laid to any slope or gradient, any depth with manual or mechanical method, removing and depositing the sludgenot less than 100 metre away from the site of clearing and covering the sludge with layer of 25mm thick layer of earth and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole, complete all as specified and directed. (All work to be carried out under foul condition.)
56Cleaning of blocked WC including and upto first manhole with manual labour and well flushing with clean water and the seat functional including depositing the sludge not less than 100m away in pit including digging of pit, complete all as specified and directed.
57Cleaning of blocked nahani/floor gully trap upto first manhole with manual labour and well flushing with clean water including depositing the sludge not less than 100m away in pit including digging of pit, complete all as specified and directed.
