Bids Are Invited For Mgps Total Quantity : 1------1 5x2 D type bulk cylinder wall type oxygen manifold fabricated from high pressure non arsenical, `phosphorous, deoxidized degreased seamless round 16mm OD copper pipe having 15 SWG thicknesses conforming to BS:6017:1981 material and manufacturer as per BS:EN :1057:1996. The cylinders should be connected through extruded brass conforming BS 249 and hard soldered slip on tee at every 250mm space. The third side of the tee should have male thread for connecting each cylinder using pig tail pipes. Each male connection of the tee should be connected with high pressure non return valve with spring loaded seat arrangement. The entire manifold top frame should be supported by 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick steel angle with suitable distance piece at the back so that when the manifold top frame is installed it is 50mm away form the surface of the wall. The cylinders should be connected to the manifold through high pressure coiled half hard copper tail pipe with extruded brass end connections. One end connection of the tail pipe should be suitable for cylinder valve and the other end suitable for top frame NRV connection. The Tail pipe should be half hard seamless 3/8” OD and ¼” bore copper pipe. There should be Indigineous 2 Oxygen Fully Automatic Changeover Control Panel of 2000 lpm It should fully comply and meet with the requirements of the NFPA-99/ISO/HTM. It should be CE marked . and all the regulators should be adiabatic certified. The Manifold Control System should supply any type of medical gas from both left & right hand manifold banks. It should be capable to supply a flow of over 1800 L/min. to a 400 kPa (4 bar) distribution system. Either the left or right hand manifold bank should be designated Duty and the Control Panel should be micro processor controlled and automatically changeover to supply the distribution system from the Standby bank when the pressure in the Duty bank falls to a pre-determined level. Indigineous 3 Surface mounted Oxygen gas Outlet (Front loading BS Type) It should fully complies and meets with the requirements of the NFPA-99 It should be CE marked . Terminal units should have gas indexing geometry to BS 5682:1998. Terminal unit front fascia should be made of metal. Gas specific components comprising the terminal unit second fix should be manufactured from diecast zinc alloy or similar hard wearing metal. Indigineous 4 Oxygen BPC flow meter with humidifier It should be Back Pressure compensated with Durable polycarbonate flow tube with cover. Flow meter should have twin graduated scale which should provide precision control permanent scale graduations. Flow meter should be placed in the vertical position. The flow meters should be of 0-15 LPM range for oxygen and with inlet pressure 50-60psi. Indigineous SPECIFICATION 5 Vacuum System - 3 HP Duplex base mounted vacuum pump each (or more) Medical Vacuum Plant 3 Phase 50 Hz (Package Unit) Fully Compliant to one of the Standards HTM02-01/ NFPA/ DIN standards. The plant should Comprise of base/floor mounted Duplex 5 HP vacuum pumps and one no’s. of 1000 liters capacity vertical vacuum receiver tanks. The Medical Vacuum Plant should be fully tested and a test certificate should be provided showing the results of the tests, including the free-air flow rate obtained at an inlet vacuum of 450 mmHg. Testing in component form is not acceptable. All Vacuum pumps must be air-cooled, oil lubricated type suitable for both continuous and frequent start/stop operation at nominal inlet vacuum levels of between 475 mmHg Indigineous 6 SITC of Vaccum Pump 3 Hp duplex system with receiver Capacity 250 Ltrs and bacteria filters as per HTM standard incl electrical system Indigineous 7 Surface mounted Vacuum Outlet (Front loading BS Type) It should fully complies and meets with the requirements of the NFPA-99 It should be CE marked . Terminal units should have gas indexing geometry to BS 5682:1998. Terminal unit front fascia should be made of metal. Gas specific components comprising the terminal unit second fix should be manufactured from diecast zinc alloy or similar hard wearing metal. Indigineous 8 Ward Vacuum unit with 600 ml jars Vacuum Regulator and a 600ml polycarbonate collection jar with lid and plastic mounting bracket. Indigineous 9 High pressure anti static tubing for Vacuum (yellow) Indigineous 10 Copper Pipes (Medical Grade): Oxygen distribution pipeline shall be suitably designed for connection of hospital wards with Jumbo Cylinder manifold/ Liquid Dura system / PSA Oxygen plant with parallel connection and separate isolation valve. Each hospital ward shall have individual isolation valve from header. The piped distribution system should use copper pipes manufactured from phosphorous de-oxidised non-arsenical copper to BS EN 1412:1996 grade CW024A (Cu-DHP), manufactured to metric outside diameters and having mechanical properties in accordance with BS EN 13348:2008 in either R250 (half hard) or R290 (hard). Degreasing of pipe should be such that there is less than 20mg/m2 (0.002mg/cm2) of hydrocarbons on the degreased surface when tested by the method specified BS EN 13348:2008. As per NHS C11 section 05 the copper tube should have BS kite mark and certificate number (mandatory). It should be capable of monitoring up to 6 gas services by means of pressure sensors that detect deviations from the normal operating limits.. The cover, back box and bezel should be of polyester powder. A single tamperproof fastener should be used to gain access to the hinged door. It should have each gas service displayed by colored LED’s to show ‘Normal’ (green), ‘Low’ and ‘High’ pressure (red) conditions. Medical vacuum systems should be displayed in the ‘Normal’ (green) and ‘Low’ vacuum (red) conditions. Failure indicators should be displayed by flashing lights and normal indications should be steady. Each LED block indicator should be a plug-in component with individual long life LED’s connected in parallel in two banks to provide duplex circuits.
