Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc. |
| 3 | Cleaning of bowl assembly components of horizontal pumping unit throughly with K-oil & wire brush for inspection of damages if any. |
| 4 | Rebuliding of bearing seats ad then machining to the required size for proper fitment of bearings. |
| 5 | Re-metalling/Re-building of pump shaftby way of welding its worn out/damaged portion using M.S electrodes by an arc welding method, finishing the welded portion to proper size/shape as per sample by turning the shaft on lathe by engaging a skilled operator. Job also includes providing and fitting of M.S check nut as per sample. |
| 6 | Repairs to damaged MS pump impeller (upto 10 cusec) by way of rebuilding the vane profile using electric arc welding and then machining to precision to get the desired profile |
