1Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient forlaying cables/pipes etc.all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers any type/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection of covers.
2Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers ofn. exc. 25 cm thickafter the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
3Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall beconsidered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.
5Supplying & Laying un-reinforced factory made, pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Fixing / laying only old retrieved cable protection cover of any description as obtained from dismantling of the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground HT 11 kV cable of any description and in any position completeall as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes:

33Material and Labour for Boring ofhole under road, pavement, hard-standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine with & including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia sutable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/taxi track / apron /floors etc.
34Material and Labour forlaying & jointing 80 mm bore GI water tubing, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole including replacement/taking down of existingGI water tubing complete all as specifiedand directed.
35Material and Labour forlaying & jointing 100 mm bore GI water tubing, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole including replacement/taking down of existingGI water tubing complete all as specifiedand directed.
36Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT 11 KV underground cable with the help of fault locating High Tech mobile machine complete all as directed. Note : (i) Charges for rent and transportation of the fault locating high tech mobile machine including DG Set, necessary earth work for repair HT cable, testing of cable after repair, charges for operator, engineer, electricians etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Fault locating high tech mobilemachinewill be providedas and whenrequired on short notice otherwise an amount of Rs. 5000.00 per day will be charged as panelty. (iii) The quoted rate deemed to have been included irrespective of number of faults in a stretch of 500 Rm and no extra payment will be made for any number of faults with in the paricular stretch. (iv) No payment will be made for the 500 Rm stretch , if no fault is detected in that stretch.
37Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated CPRI approved outdoor Kiosk type HV junction panel of size ((L) 1.80M X (W) 0.90M X (H) 1.80M ) for 3 phase, 11 KV, AC, 50 Hz supply & aluminium bus bar of 600 amp rating , cubical of appropriate size made of 3.00 mm thick CRCA steel sheet and angle iron base & legs 25mm x25mm x 5mm totally enclosed with top canopy, free standing, water, dust & vermin proof with IP 65 protection powder coated internally and externally not less than 80 micron thick after seven tank pre-treatment process including locking arrangement and embeding angle iron legs in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 precast blocks of size 20X20X45 cm deep all as specified & directed.
38Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32mm x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire meshincluding necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6), type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for earth pit , internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1 : 2 : 4 ,type B-1( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregare ) reinforced with8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing completeall as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing. (ii) Earth filling shall be done by soil as approved by GE. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggragates, gravel, etc. (iv) The rate quoted by the bidders shall also be deemed to include :- (a)Excavation upto 5 mtr depth and returning filling in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil. (b) Supply of charcoal and common salt.
39Supply and laying thehard core broken stone/ boulders of gauge notexceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers notexceeding 15 cm thick, to a true surfaceat the places as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
