| 3 | Providing and fixing sound board 480 mm high above finished floor level and 6400 mm long with wall mounting thickness of 50 mm made of painted/powder coated 2 mm thick a aluminium sheet as per international standards. The upper 50 mm shall not project in to court by not more than 15 mm at the top and 45 mm at the bottom and shall be so as to deflect any ball striking it. All edges of the boards shall be rounded and shall be constructed in such a manner so as to make a distinctive noise when struck by the ball etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. |
| 4 | Providing and fixing of 20mm (thickness) x 57mm/83(width) imported Hard Maplewood tounge and grooved planks- WSF approved supported by pine/spruce/for padded runners duly treated with wood life anti treatment of section 63.5mm x 38 mm placed with distance between the runner to be 9\" along the runner for shock absorption. A vapor barrier will also be introduced between sub floor and frame work. The phase machine grinding, joint sealing with french chalk and sanding sealer followed by polishing with polyurethane finish (of WSF approved manufacture/flooring system). Also, the work includes painting of game lines in required colours/dimensions and anti-termite treatment of concrete floor base (anti termite work for outer walls shall be paid separtely). |

| 7 | Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened squash court glass doors shutter of approved brand and manufacture including providing and fixing top & bottom plvot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required doors fittings all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include the providing & fixing of suitable Doors, handle, lock and stopper etc. |

| 12 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, aboveground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manneras per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps andstaircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approvalof Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. | 21 | Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat.
