Make : ACER/Dell Note : Installation of anti-virus cleaning with blowers every month change of CD-Rom in case repair/replacement update of windows/server installation/update of software maint in working condition is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
2	Annual maintenance contract for maintaining serviceable state of printers of all sections , regular monitoring of working parameters as per terms and conditions of AMC. Printer Laser Jet (CANON/HP) Note : Cleaning of printers with blowers every month change of printer roller change of power assembly in case of repair is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
3	Annual maintenance contract for maintaining serviceable state of UPSdouble battery of all sections, regular monitoring of working parameters as per terms and conditions of AMC.(Line Intractive) 1/2KVA UPS (Intex/Venus). Note : Maint of UPS in backup conditions. Change of battery in case of repair/replacements and Maint in working condition to be ensured and rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of above.
4	Annual maintenance contract for maintaining serviceable state of of Photostate machines and regular monitoring of working parameters as per terms and conditions of AMC Photocopier Machine (CANON). Note : Cleaning of with blowers every month change of drum on reqmt change of power assembly in case of repair maint in working condition is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
5	Annual maintenance contract for maintaining serviceable state of Plotter machine and regular monitoring of working parameters as per terms and conditions of AMC (Canon) Plotter Inkjet Colour (CANON). Note : Cleaning of printer with blowers every month change of printer roller/drum if reqd change of power assembly in case of repair is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
