Running of fire water pump and ensuring healthiness of fire hydrant . Operation of bore well pump operation to top up Fire water tanks as and when required. Job includes operation and maintenance round the clock including Sundays/Holidays, maintaining log book and other relevant records and Energization & De-energization procedure as per instruction of plant officials. |
| 2 | Provision of a Skilled Supervisor for supervision of all Eectrical operation and execution of M&R Works at Missamari Depot. M&R works are listed as below:-a) Schedule maintenance of PMCC, LDB, ELDB, LCS panels, Capacitor Bank, Battery Charger, Battery Banks. Cleaning, replacement of defective parts and maintening proper record. Job includes maintenance of Breakers and auxiliary control system including trobulshooting as and when required. Consumables for cleaning and defective parts will be provided by IOCL b) Providing services for checking and maintenance of Highmast tower. Replacement of fused lights and maintaining its integrity. Consumables for Highmast Tower maintenance will be provided by IOCLc) Providing services for checking and maintenance of Street Lights. Replacement of fused lights and maintaining its integrity. Consumables for Street Lights maintenance will be provided by IOCLd) Providing services for testing and maintenance of Product Pump motors, Jockey Pumps,OWS drives and other auxiliary drives. Testing equipements to be provided by contractor and consumable to be provided by IOCL. |
