Removal of existing shaft from crusher roll by suitable process2. Machining on new shaft for bearing seat suitable for bearing size 23044 on both sides including key way cutting3. Fitting of new shaft on the crusher roll with proper dynamic balancing of crusher roll assembly

Removal of worn-out/ damaged pick holders assembly through gas welding/ cutting process on crusher rolls of feeder breakers (total no. of pick holders to be removed from crusher rolls = 300 nos.)

Fixing of pick holders assembly through suitable welding process on crusher rolls of feeder breakers (total no. of pick holders to be fixed on crusher rolls = 300 nos.)

Note: 1). Shaft will be provided by the Contractor.2). Pick and Pick holders will be provided by the Department.3). Work has to be carried out at repairer\"s workshop. The rates quoted by bidder should be inclusive of to & fro transportation also from Dipka Expansion Project.4). The repair job should be completed within 28 days from the receipt of the same.5). The job will be routed through Regional Stores, Dipka Area. 6). The old material/scrap generated, if any, should be returned to the Regional Stores, Dipka Area.
