Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concretetype C1 (1:3;6) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbingdown with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick work in cement mortar (1:6) andfinished the surfaceseven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface & applyingtwo coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of white chalktening on wallcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base rough finished.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 9 hereinbefore but in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles and rendering 10mm thick CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces/backing coat complete all as specified

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm coloured in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tilesof size 300x200x7mm thick as on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
