Design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of Dual Media Pressure Filter vertical, cylindrical with top and side pressure vessel of dia 2500 mm, HOS 2300 mm, shell thickness 10 mm, dish thickness 10 mm, frontal piping 6 inches(MS) 6 inches for Pneumatic Activated Butterfly Valves and SS Liquid filled Pressure gauge. Filter media is of graded quartz sand(8-16 & 16-30 mesh) Anthracite with 2 years warranty period.( with average pumping hours 6 to 7 hours / day) including Providing Pneumatic controlled butterflyvalves with activator, Air Compressor and PLC Panel for Dual media Pressure filter unit for operating system.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of Iron Removal Plant of capacity 80m3/Hr(Maximum), specific flow rate 1500 lit/sq.m/hr, automatic operation, PLC Controlled Electrical panel with touch screen HMI, and 2 nos of Air compressor with 2 years warranty period.

Supplying and erecting of filter feed pumps(20 lps @ 40m head) of CI Centrifugal pump including connecting the necessary suction line for a length of 15m(appx) and necessary delivery line for a length of 20m(appx) including testing and commissioning etc complete withcost of necessary all pipes and specialsand supplying necessary control panel, switches, indicator lamps, starter and lightning indicator and as per norms of EI
