Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working ofBoiler in the AF station.In addition, any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notifying the complaint, recovery @ Rs 2000/- per day shall be recovered from contractor\"s payment for each breakdown so notified. |
