Dismantling of floor (washroom) and old toilet seat including repair of floor. Providing and fixing the western type toilet seat of hindware brand including all fittings like Nani-trap (new drain point, Tee, PVC Pipe, long bend, 2 in 1 angle wall, health faucet, waste jail all complete. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles kajaria/Somany make with skirting in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shade laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm. including grouting the joints with white cement & matching pigments, cleaning, disposal of malwa outside the campus and including related carpentry job required at site etc. all complete.
