All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . The recoveryfor stones, weather useful or not, forthe minimum quatom of 53.83 cubic meter @ Rupee 300/- Only (Rupees. Three hundred) per cubic meter Shall be effected on pro rata basis in allcircumstances. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have tobe duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. |
