Note : Unit rate is also includedlocking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent up portion as directed.
21Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified & directed.
22Mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified & directed.
23Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats ofsynthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed.
24Barbed razor tape concertina coil SG hot galvanised spring tensile wire as approved by GE, dia of coil when stretched 1000mm having minimum number of circles 12 RM to 13 RM, minimum number of clips 15/RM & minimum weight of coil 0.96 Kg/RM hot dip galvanised, complete all as specified & directed.
25PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.
26Concrete bed to 200mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:4:8 (Nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

53PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof, for levelling of roof slab using liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacturer’s instructions,finished even and fair, complete all as specified & directed. 55Preparation of the concrete roof surfaces and applying the following Roof Treatment, complete all as specified & directed :- (a) Applying 1st course of 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 over concrete surfaces. (b)Applying 2nd course of bitumenous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd coarse of a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm.
56(d) Applying 4th course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat. (e) Applying 5th course of a coat of bonding materialwithblown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to aworking temperature of 180° C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm.
57Taking down cementplaster and decayed concrete of any description,upto triple storey of building from roof projection, chajjas etc and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound orPCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work/scaffolding where ever required, rendering with 15 mm thickcement mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cementusing integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer,s instructions , complete all as specified & directed. Note : Integral water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.
5815mm thick rendering in cement mortar1:4 onroof / concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.
59Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type ofsoil, complete all as specified & directed.

6260mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS-15658-2006 of approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified & directed.
